QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Grade 12/Matric certificate is essential
• Matric, A+, N+ and MCSE 2003 certification
• Good communication skills
• Strong IT technical background.
• Willing to travel.
• Must be able to interact with clients.
• Good trouble shooting skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
• User & System support
• Level 1+2 user support
• Attend to level 1+2 system support
• Attend to user IT issues and administer the Helpdesk
