Experience:

5 Years’ experience in Continuity and Risk Management
ITIL version 3 (Service Design)
Previous experience in management of temporary employment providers as well as outsourced service providers
Previous experience in drafting policies, procedures and work instructions

Minimum requirements

Duties:

Manage the medium term as well as short term business requirements and model the ICT solution to reflect the ICT solutions in terms of an ICT roadmap
Implement defined ICT services required in accordance to agreed performance levels in alignment with the Contract
Manage development and maintain the operations maintenance plan regarding ICT Service Design capability and all supporting policies, procedures and work instructions
Monitor and report on compliance to these documented protocols to ensure contractual objectives are achieved
Manage the alignment between the ICT Solution and the business requirements of ETC Solutions by defining an ICT Strategic Roadmap with the portfolio of ICT services
To manage the development of the policies, procedures and organization capability to establish sufficient capacity to manage continuity and disaster recovery
Manage the annual disaster recovery testing as required and specified in the Contract
Conduct a Risk Analysis per set criteria to determine requirements for mitigation of risks highlighted and ensure the implementation of security measures for risk mitigation as per agreed protocols
Jointly identify and manage an Information Security Risk Register that documents, evaluates and track all information security risks and feeds into the Organisational Risk Register
