We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst / Manager for a National IT Company in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant IT Qualification
3 – 5 years experience managing an IT Call Centre
Experience in supporting Network, Voice, Switching centers, Wireless BMS, CCTV, CA Spectrum and eHealth and CASD and be able to effectively manage changes and have the ability to access to switching centers is highly advantageous
Shift work required (including weekends)
Valid drivers license and own transport advantageous.
Salary is negotiable

12 month contract position
