• Consulting with C-level for Business growth and expansion
• ICT full spectrum consulting with CIO’s
• Developing and qualifying Pipeline;
• Development of Account Plans;
• Managing and FULL accountability of account financial growth and performance as per agreed Balanced scorecard
• Obtaining customer needs and business objectives;
• Understanding customer strategic objectives and budget;
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals;
• Assist Public leaders in developing Public Sector value proposition;
• Closing deals;
• Interaction with senior management and executives of relevant structures in the nominated/ key accounts;
• Facilitate strategic positioning of all service offerings within the parameters of the business strategies of the nominated accounts;
• Interpret the positioning of the nominated accounts throughout the different account life cycles and develop strategies to manage the accounts accordingly;
• Responsible for growth of existing and new offerings into the accounts;
• Manage Sales in the accounts;
• Financial/budget management (full profit and loss, as well as cash management responsibility) for the nominated/key accounts;
• Ensure service delivery and client satisfaction to all levels in the nominated accounts;
• Facilitate the implementation and management of the matrix business model (ensure collaboration/ communication ) with SBU, focusing on the maintenance of business and support processes;
• Establish a disciplined, performance driven, sales and client service culture with all staff in the accounts
• Ensure implementation of the living brand in all environments/Manage the intricate relationship of employee satisfaction = client satisfaction;
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across the accounts (best practice, lessons learnt, innovation solutions etc.);
• Develop and maintain close relations with local business community in order to fulfill client’s needs more effectively;
• Be familiar with all seminars, services, applications, and instructors in order to discuss and explain materials to prospective client;
• In addition, this position will play a leadership role in the organization through actively demonstrating the values of the company, fostering the required organizational culture and acting as mentor and role model for senior employees.
