BSC Industrial Engineering university degree preferably OR Business Analyst Qualification essential
OR Industrial Diploma + It software development Diploma
With 2 years’ it software development business workflow processes experience - Life Insurance Industry or financial industries
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be prepared to travel and meet with clients
Will Travel all over Greater JHB and Pretoria with limited travel to Cape Town,
Must have a driver’s license and own reliable transport themselves is essential
Must be flexible.
Experience to do IT software requirement gathering, that can build software technical workflows, documentation and train people (this role requires a good -All Rounder)
Someone who can analyse the client situation and make recommendations on implementation of software solutions.
Facilitate IT software system process evaluation workshops with stakeholders when implementing new, or when improving existing processes.
Ensuring that any new/updated processes are evaluated from a business perspective and that common business logic is considered in process design.
Ensures Automated workflow processes are designed and effective integration with the Admin system is achieved.
Responsible for the design and implementation of IT software development major and minor workflow processes and components for clients’
Design, test and deliver workflow based, solutions. Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis.
Provide onsite training and documentation in support of training.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and of high quality.
Responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of it software workflow processes
Effectively creates in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both IT software technical and business environments
No experience: R21 000 per month
One year related IT: R25 000 per month
Two year related IT: R27 000 per month
