Related qualification or significant progress towards such qualification will be an advantage.
Client Relationship management
Minimum 3 Years’ experience in the Financial lending services industry experience essential
Minimum 3 Years software System Experience
Experience in the software Systems Development Life Cycle and associated Project Management processes.
Experience in client service management.
A broad understanding and experience of the Finance lending Industry.
Business and related software products, processes and systems
Understanding of the technical aspects of the SDLC
Responsible for the day-to-day management of particular client accounts.
Resolve problems and ensures that products are delivered timely and as expected.
Managing projects and programs in a professional manner, and being able to plan strategically.
Work with clients, internal IT and service providers according to the required processes and system solutions
First line system support to clients
Direct support to developers to clarify client requirements
Manage and participate in tasks through each of the key areas of the SDLC, including classification, prioritization, business requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments
System and system environment administration, release management and configuration
Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy
Presentation skills
Must have own transport and driver’s license
R30 000 – R32 000 full Cost to Company per Month plus petrol allowance when seeing Clients X 12 Cheques- no other benefits are given
