IT Solution Sales Business Development Manager - Durban

Manager: Business Development IT Solution Sales - drive the sales and business development teams of this IT firm to secure key business opportunities and achieve corporate strategic goals.

Perform business development function and staff towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth
Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
Motivate a successful sales team
Promote Sales accounts/territories that maximise sales opportunities
Develop relationships and operate with credibility at senior levels (typically MD/IT Director/Operational Director/ Head of Business Unit) and technical IT experts
Experience in managing a sales environment with the ICT infrastructure and application solutions market is essential
Strong presentation skills and commercial business acumen
Have a high standard of written English skills

Salary Structure
The incumbent will receive a basic salary plus commission and benefits. If the annual target is exceeded, the proportion of commission to total package will increase significantly in any particular financial year. There should be no limit set to the potential to earn commission.
The commission structure will also include “over-rider” commission

This role is for a SOUTH AFRICAN BEE CANDIDATE WITH University degree and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
