Job Description:

Monitoring and maintaining computer, network and telephony systems
Server administrator
Help desk manager
Technical liaison with IT and Telephony service and hardware suppliers
Security and access control
Server backups and business continuity
To provide business support to staff
Ensure availability of IT Systems to enable Business continuity
Ensure integrity of backup and restore systems
Provide solutions for:
IT Issues
Database requirements
File system changes
Telephony issues
New installations and acquisitions
Provide administrative support for:
Database data input and updates
IT hardware and software acquisition
Maintenance and monitoring of file system and electronic filing standards
Maintenance and updates of IT issues log
Logging of all IT inventory
• Daily monitoring of:
File servers
Telephone system
Backup systems
Power supplies
All network hardware

Qualifications:

Fluent in written and oral English
MCSE or successfully completed modules required to achieve MCSE
May be required to travel
Will be required to work outside normal office hours
Must have own transport
Must be available by company phone after hours
