IT TechnicianOpportunity exists for an IT Technician, you will be responsible for trouble shooting and resolving all IT issues (hardware or software related). Responsible for installing and maintaining solutions based on both Linux-based products and Microsoft.
You need strong technical and communication skills, both verbal and written and you must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Complement our client’s team with your passion for how technology delivers business value in an exciting, client-centred and fast paced environment.
Requirements:Matric/Grade 12
Technical IT qualification (A+, N+, MCSE), Linux, Windows, Microsoft Office, Open Office.
IT Support experience in resolving software and hardware problems.
Valid driver's license & own vehicle.
Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
Provide support where needed in terms of queries and resolving issues surrounding any servers.
Install and configure software, hardware as well as PC's and laptops.
Document all tasks and duties.
Location: Southern Suburbs, Cape Town
Remuneration: R10,000 – R13,000 CTC (based on experience)
