We are looking for an IT support technician with good admin skills to act as first line remote support and on-Site support (when required). You will be logging, prioritising and solving IT queries through a helpdesk and directly with users, this includes following up on outstanding calls. Being a Microsoft Certified Professional in Small Business or Windows and having a drivers and reliable vehicle is ideal.
