Job Description: 
Enhanced Managed Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking and self-motivating IT Support Technician.  The ideal candidate needs to be presentable, confident and well-spoken as they will interact with end-users daily, both telephonically and face to face.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain desktop hardware and software infrastructure
• Provide end-user support, ensuring that minimum service levels are maintained
• Implement and complete network upgrades and new installation

 
Daily Duties will include:

• Daily network and server health checks
• Remote desktop, telephonic and onsite support
• Support, maintenance and troubleshooting of Servers, Desktops, Network switches/cabling, Phones, Wi-Fi, Printers, Backup systems, Antivirus and Email

 
Minimum Job Requirements:

• Recognised IT certification
• Previous experience in a similar IT support function
• Basic Windows AD server admin experience
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

 
Salary:
Up to R 10,500 per month plus company benefits, based on previous experience.
