Experience
- 3 years’ experience in IT
- Helpdesk (Telephone) Support Experience
- Exchange Server Administration Experience
- TCP/ICP (Networking) Experience
- Experience in Domain Controller
- Knowledge of Microsoft Based Operating Systems
- Understanding of PC Hardware setup and configuration
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work under pressure
