Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support on the Rola Services Helpdesk
• Installing, maintain & troubleshooting hardware, software & networks
• Call-outs to remote dealerships
• Liaising with suppliers

Minimum Requirements
• IT Certification
• 3 years’ experience as Support Technician
• Valid driver’s license with own transport
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans & English essential)
• Essential experience in:
- Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8 & 10;
- Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 & 2016;
- Microsoft Server 2003 & 2008/2012
- Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010;
- Networking
- IT Security (Antivirus, Firewall’s, SPAM filters, etc.)
• Experience in the following advantageous:
- MikroTIK
- VM experience
- PABX systems + cabling
