Main Purpose

To provide IT Infrastructure Support for the Company Users.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide End- user Support
Manage backup and restore operations
Maintain and implement Windows and network configuration
Manage antivirus and Windows update service
Administer Active directory and Exchange mailbox
Manage proxy and windows Terminal service
Support remote access- HSDPA/ EDGE/GPRS
Provide desktop and server application support
Ensure adherence to IT security standards
Ensure documentation management
Required to be a team member Global IT (GIT)

Job Requirements
Matric + MCSE
Minimum of 3 years IT experience
Good understanding of integrated business applications
Working knowledge of integrated business applications
Experience in supporting computer users
Practical experience of maintaining MS Server 200/2003 and XP/SP2
Some knowledge and practical experience of active directory and SharePoint
Reasonable practical experience of Local and Wide Area Networks
Oracle knowledgeable an advantage
Demonstrate technical ability
Attention to detail is important
Be prepared to work overtime and shifts
Deadline and results driven
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Proven track record of good performance such as time and attendance
Proven Methodical and systematic approach to task
Reasonably pleasant, assertive, reliable and trustworthy
Must have own vehicle and possess a valid driver’s licence to travel
