Overseeing Future Developments:

Responsibility Areas

Overseeing any future developments within the ERP Financial system.
Requirements gathering
Functional design
Implementation of any gaps raised during the rollout phase.
Database Administration:

Responsibility Areas

Writing system reports
Designing reporting cubes
Importing sales information into the database.
Project Management:

Responsibility Areas

Manage IT components of store openings, closures, revamps and events.
Ensure store plans provided by shop designers meets IT requirements and liaise any changes.
Drive process with all relevant service providers on timelines for each service they provide.
User Support:

Responsibility Areas

Support business users at the stores with Wordstock, Linux, Windows.
Support head office staff, specifically the Finance department with AX.
Support users on technologies including Windows 8 and 10, Windows Server 2012, Mac OS X.
Hardware support for all users.
Networks:

Responsibility Areas

Manage the relationship between telecoms service providers and Exclusive Books.
Ordering new services, i.e. phone lines, ADSL, fibre.
Trouble shoot LAN and WAN
Manage Email users ( CRUD)
Printing Services:

Responsibility Areas

Get quotes from service providers.
Provide configuration details to service provider chosen.
Manage rollout schedule closely with service provider.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma in Information Technology
MCSE, MCSA, DBA
Windows Programming Environment
Net
C#
Visual Studio
ASP

Minimum Experience:

5 years System and Database Administration.
Knowledge of Operating Systems
Knowledge of Database Administration
Knowledge of Editing Software
Knowledge of System Utilities
Knowledge of SQL and BI
