Job Description
Documenting and responding to the user’s queries & issues
Administer first line problem solving to end users
Assessing the hardware and software complications and proceed with relevant troubleshooting
Investigating network obstacles, strategize and execute solutions
Responsible for all information and communications with technology relevant equipment, maintaining to policies and managing the asset registers
Simplify all warranty claims / exchanges
Maintaining of active directory objects
Guiding, building and managing healthy internal relationships with users
Providing consultancy to the company’s security and safety, health and environment policies, procedures and legal obligations
Minimum Requirements
Certificates in CompTIA A+ and N+ / Professional Certificate in Computer Studies / Diploma in information and communication technology, within a similar field
Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation
Qualification as a Microsoft certified systems Engineer advantageous
At least 2+ Years working experience as an information and communication technology technician
Relevant expertise and understanding wireless networking advantageous
Proficient in the information and communication technology groundwork within business procedures
