Qualifications and work experience:
Minimum Matric
A+ and N+ certified
1-2 years’ IT support experience
Windows 7, 8 & 10 support experience
Skills and Qualities:
1-2 years’ IT support experience.
Windows 7, 8 & 10 support experience.
Remote Desktop Support experience.
Experience with Windows 7, 8 & 10, Office 2007 – Office 365, Printing and Anti-Virus.
Knowledge of workstation hardware and software and associated peripherals.
Experience with formatting and reloading of Desktops and Laptops.
Wireless knowledge.
Able to lease with Users.
Problem solver and good communicator.
Must be organised and willing to learn.
Must be willing to travel abroad to neighbouring countries. (Mozambique)
Must be willing to work after hours/weekends if needed.
Team player.
Job specification:
Remote Desktop Support.
Windows 7, 8 & 10, Office 2007 – Office 365, Printing and Anti-Virus Support.
Workstation hardware and software and associated peripherals Support.
Formatting and reloading of Desktops and Laptops.
Position is 70% remote support, but technician must be willing to travel to sites on occasion when required.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required (non-negotiable) – there is a company vehicle that you will use when travelling to sites.
Valid Passport required.
