Job Description:

Provide software access to customers

Set up and maintain user email accounts

Provide troubleshooting resolution and updating / upgrading of hardware and software

Ensure anti-virus software is installed

Quickly identify, diagnose and troubleshoot

Potential overflow logging will be required
