• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 local Administration, user Administration, Manage Password, Internet Access, Groups and E-Mails, and call logging for user deletion or creations

• SAP ERP 6 / SAP Finance (FICO) local Administration, maintain Passwords, Lock and Unlock users, Profiles modification, User data, SAP printing and call logging for user deletion or creations. RF scanner SAP access.

• SAP CRM local Administration, maintain Passwords, Lock and Unlock users, Profiles modification, Users and Customer data, SAP CRM printing and calls logging for user deletion or creations.

• Back Office (Mainframe) local Administration, Perform Start of day and End of day. Pos Server Check and perform routine Head Office connection, maintain Passwords, Lock and Unlock users, Profiles modification, Article Maintenance, Article Price loading, Article activations and deactivations, Back Office printing , Point Of Sale (Pos) reset, maintain Pos functions, creating and deleting Supervisors and Cashiers, Invoice reprints and daily reports, and call logging for user deletion or creations.

• Ensuring data Backup is done daily and Backup Tapes are stored securely.

• SAP BW, drawing of daily Sales and Sales History, Budget Reports, Customer sales and article reports, Productivity reports and call logging for user deletion or creations.

• Ensuring daily transmissions of receipts, reports that are handled correctly.

• MoatsWeb and StoreWeb local Administration, maintain Passwords, Lock and Unlock users and call logging for user deletion or creations

• Citrix installations, maintenance and troubleshooting, call logging for user deletion or creations and Passwords.

• Maintain All Point of Sales (NCR POS R7457W1230), and all its peripherals.

• Troubleshooting, installation, resolving any issues with workstations (Dell 745, OptiPlex 745, OptiPlex 380’s and HP XL511AC desktop PC’s

• Windows 7, Windows XP, Office, 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2010 installations, repairs, troubleshooting.

• Installing and updating software’s or Patches.

• Support end users with Passwords and Authentications and Access rights

• Identify and resolve all IT system faults and equipment before logging a call with UCS or Bites

• Assist with maintenance and support of the LAN Control and routine checks of WAN, Internet, ADSL line and Diginet Lines

• Liaise with all users regarding systems faults and utilization.

• Assist with Signage printing and ordering stationary and managing of Stationery for printing of Signage.

• Maintenance of Xerox Printers from 245, M118, 5755, 4252, HP LaserJet and others Office brands, before logging call with first line support or Supplier.

• General Administration and reporting to the General Manager, Admin Manager and Department Managers.

• Pulling daily sales reports, for the General Manager and Department Managers.

• Ensure processes (Process control) is followed accordingly, and Liaise with Receiving and Stock Control for any issues involving System Errors, Data queries on SAP and back Office

• End User advice and training.

• Consumables managing and usage controls.
