Synergy IT is looking for a IT technician to provide customer support and may be required to do hardware installations. Must have IT technical skills.

Requirements

• Mid-High Level technical knowledge
• Repair of Laptop/Tablet/Desktop and more as per the repair process
• Provide professional and prompt service to all jobs assigned
• Data integrity ensure that all data entered correctly and properly to insight
• Provide updates on progress of work assigned
• Able to work unsupervised reporting back to management regularly
• Attending call on On-Site as when required
• A need to improve on Technical Knowledge to perform work better is a must
• Matric Qualification
• Great communication skills
• Must be able to build relationship with clients
• English fluent read/write
• Must be able to work with difficult customers
• Excellent customer service
• Driver's licence and own vehicle non-negotiable
