• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
• Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
• Update of MIS Documentation e.g network schematics etc.
• Auditing of Hardware\Software
• Conduct daily network backup operations & Analysis
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
• Assist personnel with installation, configuration and on-going usability of system hardware and software
• Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel

Requirements
• Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Very good communication abilities
• Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
