IT TECHNICIAN, KRUGERSDORP. A great medium-sized IT company has a vacancy for a young and vibrant IT Technician to join their profesional and fun team.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Outstanding knowledge and working experience on Windows 10.

- Must be able to setup various routers with Internet connection, DHCP and DNS.

- Windows Server 2008 and UP experience - config and support.

- Office 365 mail services setup experience and migration.

- Installing and registering Sage Partner and Payroll.

- Installing and configuring multi-function printers on networks - scan to mail, scan to network share.

- Must be able to configure Wireless Access Point - Unify Experience a bonus.

- Upgrading, building and repairing of computers and laptops - Replacement of Drives, SSD Upgrades, RAM upgrades, etc.

Candidate Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of two (2) years IT Support experience.

- Bilingual. Must be able to also assist Afrikaans speaking customers.

- Providing daily support by telephone and in person to Customers.

- Must have own vehicle and valid license. Not negotiable.

- Outstanding customer relationship skills, professional conduct.
