IT Technician

Highly reputable Prestigious Hotel  Group - Lowveld Mpumalanga

The candidate, will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software components

to ensure the smooth running of our computer systems at all our properties ;

3 Hotels & 3 Restaurants, based in Hazyview and White River, Mpumalanga.

Requirements:

5 -6 years IT Technician experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Relevant Tertiary Education - Degree - Diploma

Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication ability.

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks, such as Micros, Anker Data, Opera, Sage VIP, Sage Pastel and other Online Hotel Bookings’ systems.

The software used are Micros & Anker Data (Point of Sale systems for our restaurants), Opera is our reservations system for the hotels

as well as Online systems, like , Booking Button, etc, Sage VIP is our payroll system and Sage Pastel is our system used by our Accounts department.

Own transport mandatory

Salary R 26 000 - R 27 000 including company benefits.
