Minimum Requirements:
• Matric certificate
• Microsoft certification or studying
• At least 1 or 2 years relevant work experience
• A+, N+ and MCSE or MCSP Certificate will be an advantage

Summary of duties (not limited to):
First line support IT issues (office, outlet, etc.).
Installation and configuration of new PC’s, Notebooks, Mobile phone and 3G devices
Knowledge, setup, repair, troubleshooting and correcting PC Support.
Assist PC Users with the day to day IT problems and tasks.
Microsoft, hardware & peripheral support.
Network, wireless set-up, installation, maintenance,etc.
Must understand and be competent in Printer setup and troubleshooting and fault rectification
E-mail being Pop, IMAP, and Exchange
Server experience, set-up, maintenance, safety.
Firewall set-up, maintenance, updating
Do training on company product and IT Systems
Able to manage Call Centre
