A leading ICT non-profit organization is looking for young, energetic IT Training Managers with entrepreneurial qualities to join their team.
IT Training Managers are needed in Gauteng (to be working in Midrand, Diepsloot & Tembisa), North-West (Mafikeng) and Eastern Cape (Flagstaff). The trainer will work with the respective area’s high school students and the community’s unemployed youth. The successful candidate will have a valid driver’s license with own reliable car; IT qualification; relevant experience as an IT trainer, strong leadership skills and excellent English communication skills.
Job Description:
• Training of beneficiaries in Microsoft End-user Computing (Full MS-Office Package)
• Training of beneficiaries in CompTIA A+
• Training of beneficiaries in Coding (HTML/CSS/Javascript/Ruby)
• Develop Training Material
• Student Recruitment & Marketing
• Liaise with stakeholders (Schools/Gov. Departments/Community Organisations/Youth Groups /Volunteers)
• Setup and manage training centre schedule
• Manage training centre logistics (procurement/communications/intern staff)
• Submit monthly centre and operational reports to immediate manager
Minimum Requirements:
• Own reliable car & valid driver’s licence
• Must have IT qualification (A+, N+, Cisco ITE, CCNA, MCSE or related)
• Must have coding/programming qualification/knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/C#/Ruby/Python)
• Must have previous firm ICT technical experience
• Must have great presentation and excellent English communication skills
• Must have previous IT training experience
• Previous NGO/NPO experience advantageous
• Must be willing to travel
Offer:
R75 000- 120000 p/a, depending on experience and qualifications
