• You qualify as you are NATIVE in your language skill, ITALIAN
• ITALIAN and English Language Assessments are assessed by the Client
• AN ITALIAN Translator too will have a Telephone / Skype interview with you to ensure you are native and will be able to liaise comfortably in ITALIAN; whether via email or telephonically.
• ITALIAN Candidates already in South Africa are / will be considered
Please note Salary structure below with Medical Aid and Provident Fund.
• Starting Salary – R 160K
• Retention Bonus of R 30 000 for every 12 months of service completed

• Start Date 11 January 2016 - Training 6 weeks
4 x ITALIANS SALARY STRUCTURE ABOVE ALL SALARY ARE PER ANNUM
Operating hours 08h00 – 20h00
Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
(Saturday & Sundays between 08h00 – 17h45)
Retention bonus R 30 000 for every 12 months of services completed

Key Performance Areas when starting 11 January 2016 ARE:
• Assisting passengers abroad by being responsible for their Airline reservations and associated inquiries
• Responding to incoming enquiries and questions of customers regarding their flights et cetera
• Handling complaints via the integrated telephone or computer system
• Communicating information effectively in a friendly and supportive manner
• Providing relevant information as an independent team member
• Identify customers’ needs and offer personalized service
• Maintain high standard of knowledge on all products
