- Assist media manager to develop, execute and monitor media plans
- Prepare schedules and post-campaign reports
- Proofread media collateral for approval
- Upload media collateral to various media suppliers
- Assist in country marketing teams with the campaign set up
- Monitor media schedules
- Assist with reviewing media proposals
- Resolve issues with media outlets
- Take on buying tasks as assigned by the media manager
