Minimum Requirements:

3 years experience in an ITSM HEAT Consulting role
Supporting medium to large Service Management environments
ITIL certified is an advantage

Additional Requirements:

Windows Server and Microsoft SQL
Webservices, integration, and scripting
Competent in professional business English - verbal and written
Must have a valid South African drivers licence and functional vehicle.
