Your key job responsibilities as the Japanese speaking Travel Advisor in Cape Town, South Africa, will include:

- Provide travel consultation to clients
- Provide world class customer service in a prompt, professional, and organized manner
- Proactively look for ways to improve the sales process, and drive the implementation of these improvements
- Study and learn new tour/cruise products, lifestyles, and preferred suppliers, including attending educational events and webinars
