A leading IT company based in Johannesburg is looking for a Java Developer to join their team.

Duties:
• Responsible for system maintenance and new development
• Committing code within specified timelines within the guidelines
• Ensuring the quality of delivered code and will take charge of component development.
• Provide maintenance and code enhancements.
• Actively enhancing knowledge of the Adobe Platform and features of modern UI design and deployment
• Deploy systems onsite at the customers
• Liaise with testing teams and directly with the customer
• Be conversant with Flex, LiveCycle
• Be flexible with longer working hours
• Learn how to work well under pressure and motivate others

Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years’ experience
• BSc Degree or equivalent
• Development of real-time web-based user interfaces.
• Development of complex web-based portals
• SDLC
