Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of hands on development experience in advanced Java / J2EE with excellent communication skills.
• Good exposure and hands-on experience in EJB / Hibernate / Spring / Stash / Struts is mandatory.
• Good knowledge on Agile methodology.
• Candidates who whose role % company are inconsistent will not be considered.
• Candidates should be ready for long term commitment.
• Project is a pure development project and individual must be ready to work independently without any technical assistance and guide the team on best practices.
• Candidate's recent project must be on Java Technologies.
• Profiles where candidates have worked in Java in past but not now will not be considered.
