An extremely well-known financial services company in Johannesburg is looking for a Senior Java Developer. Some of the responsibilities will include designing code tests, debugging and correcting sections of code programs and producing complex program specifications and implementing system enhancements.
Main purpose of the job:
• Software Development in terms of writing code using Java and Java EE technologies
• Involved in JAD session and design
• Testing of own and colleagues code
• Provide Development Support
• Assist in Monitoring existing systems

Requirements:
• BSc Computer Science / Information Systems degree or equivalent qualification or diploma in Java.
• 5 years + development experience in the following technologies:
o Java
o JEE
o JBoss
o Tomcat
o EJB
o Servlets and JSPs
o Struts
o Apache
o MySQL
o Hibernate
o JMS
