Java Developer

Our client based in Johannesburg are looking to add a Java Developer to their team. To be considered for this position you will require 4+ years’ experience and extensive knowledge using Java (EE/SE), XSD, XML, WebLogic, RDBMS, SQL, Hibernate, Unit Testing, Database designing, SDLC, Spring and technical change control. An IT related degree from a recognised institution is a must have to be considered for this position.

Daily tasks you will be performing includes creating source code, translating PRS and CRS into code without any faults, documenting code as well as database rules and structural changes. You will perform unit testing and participate in the reviewing and fixing errors and codes to ensure they are of good quality. The successful candidate must be able to work well within a team setting as well as work independently.
