Our client a leading retailer requires the service of a Data and Crime Analyst.

Key performance areas:

? Map security Incidents against premises and vehicles.
? Perform analyses of Incidents and response.
? Produce intelligence and other reports based on gathered data and insights, periodically and upon request.
? Form intelligence overviews for risk analysis and improvement of performance.

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a Degree (Preferably Criminology, Security, Risk Management, etc.)
? Fluent in English (Fluency in any African language and Portuguese will be advantageous).
? Relevant work experience as a Criminal / Security Analyst is advantageous.
? Knowledge of Data Protection
? Knowledge of the processes and procedures applicable to a Security Control Room.
? Knowledge of the Operating, monitoring, evaluating and maintaining of CCTV systems
? Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - or equivalent.
? Excellent analytical skills.
? Effective verbal and written communication skills.
? Excellent report formatting and writing skills.
? High level of attention to detail.
? Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively.
? Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
? High level of numeracy.
