CMV Consulting is looking for Senior Java specialists for a Hi-Tech Capability Lead role in a Leading IT Consulting company.

Requirements for the position:
10+ years of experience in Development experience
Must have a general understating of Project Management and Release Management
Technical Skills:
• 5+ years Java/J2EE development, with at least 2 years’ experience with MVC framework, specifically in: Web Logic, WebLogic Portal Content Manager SPI, Good understanding of core Portal standards and experience implementing on WLP, WebLogic Portal Caches, InterPortlet Communication, JSP, and JSTL.
• 3+ years’ experience with Application Patterns, Web and J2EE centric design patterns.
• Experience integrating with Web Services, mainly in Java, proven expertise of Axis 2.0.
• Prior experience providing production support for a web internet or intranet application including troubleshooting and fixing production defects.
• Solid working knowledge of WebLogic 11 and/or 12c.
• Version controlling using CVS or Clearcase or SVN.
• Prior experience with application profiling and performance tuning highly scalable and available systems.
• Strong knowledge of how to monitor applications to ensure 24/7 uptime.
• Proven ability to communicate with business and technical groups easily, ability to communicate with various levels of management.

Telco Industry requirements:
1. Must have in-depth Telco working experience, preferably in engineering
2. Must understand the eTom model
3. Must be familiar with SAUX
Understanding of telecommunications:
• Intelligent Networks (IN)
• On line Charging Systems (OCS)
• VoLTE and the call flows for IR.92/IR.94
• SIP
• JAIN SLEE 1.1 specification
• SS7 protocols
• DRA Specification
• IMS Network components such as: HSS, PCRF and OCS/OFCS and the interfaces
• GSM Network component such as HLR, STP and interface such as CAP
Working knowledge of:
• Eclipse
• Ant
• SDK and APIs
• Deploying and using Resource Adaptors (RA)
• Database and Db queries
