APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
? Relevant Bachelor’s degree with 1 – 3 year’s work experience

? Level 3 Excel proficiency essential

JOB PURPOSE
Daily monitoring of derivatives and physicals to ensure independency and accuracy in daily and monthly reporting.

KPA’S
? Storage & Handling
- Review, Analyse & Reconcile Storage, Warehousing/Handling Accounts
- Daily Storage and Handling Accrual Calculations
- Posting of Monthly Journals
- Prepare supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
- Prepare Commercial Reports
- Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
? Brokers
- Daily Broker MTM reconciliation
- Review, Analise & Reconcile Brokers Accounts
- Posting of Monthly Journals
- Prepare supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
- Prepare Commercial Reports
- Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
? Data Validation
- Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Ensuring accurate data interface from Front End Trading System to Accounting System
- Problem Resolution
? Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
? Execute usual accounting functions, which include operating the general ledger system and month-end close responsibilities
? Preparation for internal and external audits
? Any ad-hoc duties that may arise from time-to-time
