Job Description:

Responsible for taking the client campaigns from concept to development into execution.
Oversee and lead the Client Service team by devising strategy, developing client relationships and delivering client objectives
Manage, track and report on performance to ensure teams accountability and quality of service
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements

Qualifications:

Developing interactive & creative projects 5 years plus
Qualification preferably in Marketing
Leadership experience, managing teams
Campaign management experience
Planning and organising
Intuition, flexibility, highly motivated & willing to go the extra mile
Ability to work with people
Handling pressure & setbacks
Delivering results and meeting manager’s expectations
Foresight and ability to think ahead
Willingness to learn & be independent
Attention to detail
Travel May be occasional
