Job Purpose:

To achieve best rates/conditions and improve and maintain the level of quality services provided to our agents and our passengers and as well as sell profitably.

Key responsibilities:

Request rates from suppliers
Negotiate rates and conditions such as cancellation policies/children policies/guide policies/credit facilities/payment conditions, etc. with suppliers and clients
Assist in issuing contracts / tariffs with suppliers and agents
Ensure all contracting documentation including supplier bed briefs, hotel information and the Mark-up sheet are kept up to date
Ensure that all rates, terms and conditions are loaded correctly and appear accurately on the agent’s contract / tariff
Assist in meeting the deadlines from our clients at all times
Research properties and new products
Negotiate with suppliers in case of cancellations or when in need of better rates for specific cases
File original contracts / agreements in the system
Liaise between departments, solve queries and maintain communication between product department and other departments
Establish & maintain a constant flow of information within the company
Correspond with clients and agents on a regular base
Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and suppliers

Be approachable and supportive to staff
Demonstrate good communication skills and customer care
Constantly promote a positive image of the company internally and externally
Keep all information obtained from management confidential if not explicitly told otherwise
Produce the quality of service expected according to company standards.
Salary negotiable depending on experience
