We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Junior Management Accountant to join a dynamic manufacturing company based in Pinetown.

Minimum Requirements:
B Com (Man Acc) / B Tech (Man Acc) / preferably studying CIMA
3 years
MIDP / APDP
JDE
Excel
Must have Automotive manufacturing experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Analysis of monthly results and investigations thereof.
• Co-ordination of the financial results into JDE and compilation of the executive and board packs.
• Preparation and submission of the Automotive Production and Development Programme (Standard material declaration and C1 form) for suppliers and customers.
• Responsible for the generation of credit notes once duly authorised.
• Perform Cost Accounting Duties.
• To manage and control stock take process.
• Analysis of Cost of Sales and in department investigations of margins.
• Actively involved in the quarterly forecast and budget process.
• Preparation and completion of the General Ledger reconciliations.
• Ensuring that all cost data are maintained accurately onto JDE.
• Ensure all Price change notifications and input sheets and loaded timeously and accurately onto JDE.
• Ensure the monthly standard journals (allocation budget) are processed.
• Preparation of reports and schedules for the executive pack as well as compiling books.
