Our client an established company within the Financial Services industry, is seeking to employ a jnr employee benefits analyst.

A minimum of 3- 5 years experience in employee benefits administration, of which at least one year must have been in the analysis of employee financial data
A tertiary qualification in accounting will be an added advantage
Valid Code 8 drivers license
Above average Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
Meticulous and detailed orientated
Systematic, well organised, with high work ethics
Analytical, with excellent figure orientated
Driven with high energy levels

Duties will include:
Assist Financial Analyst with requesting data from client / Service Providers
Extract Data
Assist with requesting Quotes from SP’s, and follow up on outstanding quotes
Assist with SP comparisons and provide info to Financial Analyst
Assist with Building of employee benefit Packs
Assist Financial Analyst with annual reviews, quotes and costing structures
Communicate to client and EB Consultant
Liaise with EB Consultant to ensure pre-billing and schedules are updated according to annual review increases
