Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other foreclosure related documentation

Ability to perform well under immense pressure

Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times

Ability to organise sale in executions

Ability to liaise with banks and debtors

Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players

Strong communication skills

Administratively strong

Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook

Previous experience in working on ghostpractice will be an advantage

Requirements:

Gr 12 / matric

At least 2 – 5 years' previous experience as a foreclosures/legal typist
