This role is in the Vaccine production sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Preventative and on-going maintenance
* Condition based maintenance
* Manage Maintenance Budgets
* Assess and procure new electro-mechanical equipment
* Upgrade equipment
* Commissioning and installation of new equipment
* Plant Refurbishment and upgrading
* Manage CAPEX Budgets
* New CAPEX Projects
* Enhancing plant to ensure greater safety, health, environmental, and safety
* Asset management
* Utilities management
* Drive computerized maintenance project and ERP
* Drive energy management and savings projects
* Drive green projects and reduction in CO2 initiatives

Key Job Deliverables:

* Minimise breakdowns and breakdown time
* Ensure production can run effectively and optimally
* Ensure plant up time > 90%

Background work experience:

* 5 years plant maintenance experience
* GCC
* N6, National Diploma or Equivalent
* Plant maintenance
* Capex Procurement and Commissioning
* Electromechanical maintenance
* Plant refurbishment
