Relevant training necessary to apply
Menu set up
Construction of menus with new and existing dishes
Ensuring variety and quality of servings
Approving dishes before they reach the customer
Controlling the food preparation process
Preparation of meals including breakfast and lunch
Preparation of burgers, sandwiches and other lunch items
Overseeing operation of the kitchen
Driven and ambitious
Ability to work independently
