Relevant Diploma or Degree (essential)
4 years experience on managerial level

Key Responsibility Areas:
Industrial Relations:
Management of involvement in disciplinary actions up to CCMA level
Dealing with unions regarding various components of human resources
Involved in wage negotiations
Union monthly meeting and ad hoc issues
Relevant support to line management in terms of labour relations issues

Recruitment / Placement
Responsible for assisting to compile manpower budget and manage accordingly
Recruitment and placement of wage / salaried personnel

Performance Management
Coordinating the performance management process of salaried employees, assist in calculating linked incentives and manage / control payment thereof

Change Management
Responsible for BBBEE certification process / compilation of strategy and the execution thereof
Involved in creating positive culture and value set for the company according to vision / mission and core value statement.

Skills Development And Training
Although the Training Section reports currently directly to the Exec. OD, the candidate must have extensive knowledge and understanding of the process according to relevant legislation and must have the ability to translate it to business practices and policies.

Payroll Management
Responsible for the management of a fortnightly wage payroll (520 employees) and salaried payroll (90 employees) done on VIP.

General Administration
Responsible for the maintenance of personnel records, HR training material and policies.

Clinic
Responsible for the management of the clinic as per the service agreement with relevant external service provider.
