Reporting directly to the general manager of the company, the role of the Key Account Manager is to assist key corporate clients in relocation and immigration projects and to coordinate cases with local staff in various countries in Africa.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Competencies:

• Manage all customer requests;
• Set up quotations and pricing policies;
• Implement new ideas to improve service delivery;
• Follow daily operations with Global Mobility Coordinators;
• Make efficient reporting to management and to the key accounts
• The candidate will also perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills Required:
• As a minimum requirement, the candidate must have completed a bachelor degree. Higher education in business or service industry can also be considered.
• At least 5 years of professional experience at Key Account Management level
• Exposure to USA clients or accounts will be beneficial
• Excellent spoken and written English; French could be considered a plus
• Very strong computer skills, in particular Excel;
• Must have strong analytical skills, be flexible and detail-oriented
