This is a varied role in the tyre/motor industry, and as part of a small team, working in a deadline-driven environment, you will be interested in building relationships, organized and efficient. You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, approximately three years’ relevant experience and this role is ideal for someone looking to move up to the next level in their career into an entry level management position.

Purpose:
Responsible for executing, maintaining and measuring the clients marketing strategy, including brand development (advertising, content marketing, public relations and social media), sales support and lead generation, customer engagement, and communications. Additionally, the position also tracks changes to trends in the tyre/motor industry space, monitor the competitors and manage client relationships

•Works directly with Managing Director to execute strategies, foster lead generation and programs to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the industry.
•Business development – develop and maintain relationships, write proposals and prepare quotes, attend business development meetings and contribute ideas to clients when pitching for new work
•Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns which promote a range of services offered by the company to the relevant audience.
•Monitor the impact of campaigns and produce a monthly marketing activity report to highlight successes and failures.
•Represent the company at events, promoting relevant products and services and supporting on-going marketing campaigns.
•Build relationships with internal teams, developing an understanding of the products and services we offer, along with how they are designed to meet the needs of our customers.
•Work with other members of the marketing and communications team to plan interesting and engaging content to help build the brand and reputation online, through social media and other digital channels.
•Executes, maintains and monitors performance reports for all company marketing activities.
•Manages the marketing budget and allocates resources amongst projects.
•Maintains research database of key role-players in the tyre/motor space, competitors and partners included.
•Manages vendor relationships (design, printing, public relations, etc.) to make sure vendors are aligned with and deliver products that support the company’s business objectives.
•Coordinates project execution, timing and budgets with all relevant company personnel.
•Keeps up-to-date with the company’s’ clients' brands, programs, services and marketing developments.
•Effectively supervises direct reports, building an authentic team environment with those reports. Creates an environment in which people thrive and positively impact the company culture.
•Leads by example and serves as a mentor for more junior staff.
