* Oversee Machine Maintenance
* Oversee Packaging Operations
* Oversee Packaging Staff
* Logistics Coordination
* Raw Materials from Packaging Suppliers

Background work experience:

* 2 years Exposure to FMCG Packaging
* 2 years Maintenance of FMCG Machines
* 2 years Working in a Packaging Operation
* 2 years Dealing with Factory Workers
* BSc Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Strong technical understanding of FMCG packaging
* Has practical experience of how packaging works and how various products are packaged
* Understands the basics of how Packaging Machines work and how they are maintained
* Has worked in a FMCG manufacturing operation in the packaging department
* Understands the mindset of factory workers and how to motivate them
* Advantageous: Adv: Some junior supervisory experience

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R500K to R600K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
