Job Description

Planning of logistics, budgets and all other facets of a construction project. To ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

•Compile tender and project execution programmes
•Resource programmes, produce baseline programmes and produce production monitoring data.
•Update site progress on programmes and produce progress reports.
•Compile as built programmes.
•Collate production statistics.

Skills, Experience & Education

5 years experience on reinforced concrete and/or Township Infrastructure sites with at least three years as planner

•B Eng (Civil), B Tech, S4 Civil Engineering Diploma or similar construction management qualification.
•Ability to compile construction programmes using, Primavera P6 :Suretrack or CCS Site Plan
•Primavera P6 knowledge and experience is essential.
•Computer literate – Excel & Word.
