What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Automotive Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Manage and Quote on Request For Quote Pack
* Determine Technical Specs
* Work with Toolmaker to determine costing, tool design and cycle times
* Validate CAD Drawing and Create Part Prototypes
* Liaise with Customer and Ensure Correct Solution Delivered

* Correct Analysis of Ensure Customer Request For Quote Specification
* Ensure the Correct Part Specification and Prototype
* Ensure Customer Specification

Background work experience:

* 2 years Toyota APQP in Automotive Manufacturing
* 2 years Automotive Project Management
* 2 years Specification Analysis and Prototyping
* 2 years Bill of Materials and Costing
* Technical Qualification
* Expert on Toyota APQP in Automotive Manufacturing
* Utilising the Automotive Toyota APQP process to develop new product offerings
* Managing new product R&D process in an automotive manufacturing context
* Analysing a customer technical specification and producing a prototype from it
* Develop a bill of materials and costing for a new part
* Advantageous: Specific knowledge of plastics manufacturing
