Job Coach
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work
• MUST have a valid driver’s licence
• Must be computer literate (advanced excel)

Duties:
This individual is actively involved in preparing the learners for entrance into the workplace while also securing suitable NEW workplace experience providers (WEP's) and maintaining relationships with existing WEP's. Placing learners in the workplace and conducting workplace visits and reporting to and on relevant parties.
The individual should be able to:
• Maintain open line communication with learners
• Mediate problem areas with learners and workplace providers
• Maintain open line of communication with workplace providers
• Monitor learner log books in the workplace
• Conduct workplace visits
• Stipend Schedules
• Log book administration
• Student and client induction
• Time sheet management

• Must be able to work on their own and be self driven
• Must be able to handle a pressurised environment

• Ability to communicate well
• Must be willing to do a lot of local driving to visits students
